I’m looking at the Weber Genesis E-320 or Genesis EP-320. The only difference I see between the two is the E-320 porcelain enameled cast iron grates (which I found the best) and 320 ha EP-7mm diameter stainless steel rod grills cooking (I’m impressions within the stainless steel does not cook as evenly.) Does anyone know what type of grid is the best quality, or nobody knows anything about these grills??

I am thinking of buying a Weber gas grill. I have the choice of China and the porcelain bars taste top shelf. Or I can spend about $ 150 more and improve the model of stainless steel bars steel flavor bars and the top of the hood. Is it worth paying more for stainless steel? I do a lot of grills, probably 3-4 times a week. Thank you
