Both of them contain high fructose corn syrup, so neither one.
I would go with Cookies, one of the few made with natural ingredients (no HFCS)

I’m a huge fan of Jack Daniels – the whiskey, but I’d have to say Sweet Baby Rays hands down.

Best thing to do is a blind tasting. But I just don’t think you can beat Ray’s.
