On the George Foreman you can cook anything. Burgers, Fish, Pork. I’d steam veggies in the microwave. A lot of rice and pasta have microwave directions on them now too. Like the Lipton flavored rice in the bag, has microwave directions. I’d cook the meat on the GF, the rice and veggies in the microwave and VOILA!! Dinner is served.

I don’t have a crock pot, but I know for a fact you can throw some pork ribs and a jar of BBQ in, put on low for the day, come home from work and eat dinner.

They sell this bags of stews from Banquet in the frozen food section that are prepared for Crockpots. I like the beef stew the best.

you can cook anything you want in the three of them… when we remodeled our kitchen, we did not even have a stove for a few months… there are plenty of sites that would have recipes for crock pot cooking..try www/recipesource.com, or http://www.recipelinks.com...

There are lots of ideas. …..

    1. In your crockpot you can try BBQ chicken, with corn and instant potatoes from the microwave.

    2. Another easy crockpot idea is chicken and rice casserole. Just cream of chicken, chicken, cheese, and one cup of rice. cook for 5 hours.

    3. Hot dogs with chilli

    4. Salad with Baked potatoes and chilli or stuffed with chesse and sour cream

    5. Banquet pot pies (they are microwavable now)

    6. Chicken breast cooked on your grill to make a chicken sandwhich with lettuce and tomatoe with a side of applesauce.

    7. Look at walmart.. they have an awesome cheap ck terri skillet (in the frozen isle) you can microwave or put in your crockpot. It’s chicken brocolli, carrots and snap peas.

    8. Hamburgers from your grill with chips.

    9. Sub sandwhiches with chips.

    10. Those frozen taquitos are good with cheese, salsa, sour cream, and beans. Mmmmm.

Sorry your gas is off and good luck cooking.
    hope this helped

your crock pot should cover all dinners….thow meat and veggies in the morning….cook for 8 hours on low and you have dinner….george foreman……hamburgers steaks…grills veggies…breakfast cereal and milk or oatmeal or such from the microwave……unless you have a flat side to your foreman then you could grill eggs also….welll there you have it
