Would any of these sauces work for stir fry?

I have a lot of chicken and vegetables on hand right now and want to make a jump. What we have is a real clash of fry sauce, and although I do not think he has the ingredients to make one (all I have is the red wine vinegar and some dried spices different.) I some other sauces and prepared for class, however, I just want to know if there was work for a stir-fry. I have several my fried vegetables, chicken and serve with rice – I have the following may be regarded as a sauce “Ranchsalsa BBQ – Sauces for pasta (tomatoish flavored) I went with the chicken / vegetable / rice stir fry dish or would simply be a disaster?

lol wow that is some sauce you have there. It would not be a traditonal stir fry but it would be interesting trying it afterwards. Yuk!

I usually make a stir-fry sauce with soy sauce thickened with cornstarch or flour. If you don’t have those, I would recommend the barbecue sauce, but use as little as possible.

Not traditionally, but if that’s all you have, choose what you like the best. I would discount the Ranch dressing first, and try and turn your BBQ sauce into a lighter form by adding in some Rice Wine Vinegar, Apple Cider Vinegar, Ginger, Garlic, maybe some Citrus juice. I don’t think it’ll be a disaster though, but it won’t taste like a traditional “stir fry”, but you gotta use what you have, right? If you have it, throw in some Soy Sauce, Teriyaki Sauce, ginger, garlic, scallions, Rice Wine Vinegar with some slurry (cornstarch mixed with cold water) to create a thickening agent. Hope some of these suggestions help you to enjoy your stir fry and just do the best you can with what you have………………Good Luck and happy cooking to you!
