Is This Too Much To Eat in a Day?

Breakfast: 1 slice of bread, cheese blanco2 munster1 piece of [Bologna I think it was that] Lunch: about 5 / 6 small nuggets of chicken in a small sauce Potion barbacoaUna [tuna salad on a cucharada2] roller [ CAL 180] About 3-3. 5 tablespoons colCena salad: half of a flour tortilla film [45 CAL] 2 SMALL patty polloAlgunos arándanosSnacks cherries and strawberries with strawberry jam, chocolate chip cookie frescas1 small [60 calories] A few nuggets chicken without formatoNadé about 2 laps round is likely to vueltay pie.HHAHAHA. Bologna this preocupación.Lo I ate forever, and it is delicious, everyone is acuerdoNo not know if that is his name.

I wouldn’t think so but how much of that is processed foods? Cheese is fattening, bologna? What is in it, anyway? eck. If you concerned about weight, watch your calories…bread butter, fried foods… If your concerned with healthiness, well then I would say that is not a balanced diet. Veggies and fruit, can’t go wrong and drink plenty of water. Good luck.

No, it wouldn’t be enough for me. I eat all I want and don’t gain anything. I think I need to stop eating as much or else I’ll start packing on the pounds in college, where I will be doing less activity, and will be growing less.
