ketchup is fine, go organic tho
same as above
use plain, unsweetened greek-style yogurt, even better than sour cream!
olive oil or cholesterol reducing margarine
greek yogurt+spices+frozen spinach or salsa or guac

i don&#039;t know about barbeque sauce..
instead of sour cream, what about low-fat chili? it has protein and all that good stuff.. and fiber, of course haha
for butter, what about margarine?
veggie dip is just all around bad for you.. just ditch it or buy low-fat!</description>

- Make sure the sour cream you&#039;re using is NOT the 14% M.F. one. I have 0% M.F. sour cream and I actually prefer the taste. 3.5-7% M.F. sour cream are okay as well. Again, use in moderation. If necessary measure it out so you know exactly how much you&#039;re using.
- Olive oil
- Don&#039;t dip your veggies, instead choose veggies that you actually enjoy.
