If you just eat real food you will be fine. chicken fish beef etc… maybe a vegetable and god forbid maybe a fruit. Ditch the crap.

  2. christian Says:

Nothing up there is healthy at all but try soy milk and eat veggies and fruits and you will be fine

  3. Åîmïé Says:

    - 1% milk
    - A salad dressing that isn’t cream based. And usually by dipping your salad into the dressing you tend to use less.
    - WHOLE GRAIN bread (not just whole wheat, WHOLE GRAIN!)
    - No substitute for ketchup, just use it in moderation
    - No substitute for BBQ sauce, just use it in moderation
    - Make sure the sour cream you’re using is NOT the 14% M.F. one. I have 0% M.F. sour cream and I actually prefer the taste. 3.5-7% M.F. sour cream are okay as well. Again, use in moderation. If necessary measure it out so you know exactly how much you’re using.
    - Olive oil
    - Don’t dip your veggies, instead choose veggies that you actually enjoy.

    Hope this helps!

[EDIT: I saw a few people saying margarine instead of butter... DON'T DO IT!! Margarine is so bad for you!]

  4. Ally Says:

2% Milk: Light soy or skim milk
Salad dressing: Fresh lemon juice, or just one that’s not oily or creamy.
White Bread: Wholemeal/wholegrain or rye bread
Ketchup and BBQ sauce: Ditch them…very high is sugar
Sour cream: Light varieties or natural yoghurt
Butter (cooking): Spray on oils add pretty well no fat.
Veggie dip: Look for light varieties or try making your own.

  5. love4you.forever Says:

    skim/soy milk
    vinaigrette dressing-low fat
    whole wheat bread
ketchup won’t kill you.. it’s much better than mayonaise!
i don’t know about barbeque sauce..
instead of sour cream, what about low-fat chili? it has protein and all that good stuff.. and fiber, of course haha
    for butter, what about margarine?
veggie dip is just all around bad for you.. just ditch it or buy low-fat!

“Healthiest” is sort of subjective. Most of these things are quite healthy.

2% milk is healthy, 1% is healthier, fat-free the best.
soy milk is best for some people

low fat or fat free salad dressing; olive oil and vinegar

    whole wheat bread

there’s really no substitute for ketchup and barbecue sauce, but you usually have so little it hardly matters – look for low fat and low salt version

fat free yogurt; there’s also low fat sour cream, but it’s fattier than yougurt

    olive oil

salsa or low fat veggie dip made with fat free yogurt

  7. Steph Says:

    almond milk unsweetened
    balsamic vinegar
whole wheat or potato bread or light bread
ketchup is fine, go organic tho
    same as above
use plain, unsweetened greek-style yogurt, even better than sour cream!
olive oil or cholesterol reducing margarine
greek yogurt+spices+frozen spinach or salsa or guac

    hope this helps!
