I don't have a grill, but that would be the way I'd go. I do have several cast iron skillets, dutch oven, etc. I like cooking with cast iron. Well, I did find the report, it says in part: "The Kenmore model 16641 is a best buy at $350. There is also a Char-Broil brand commercial series grill that is also a best buy, at $300. Both grills can handle high temperatures without excessive flare-up and turn out great-tasting steaks, chicken and fish."
