Why do vinegar based BBQ sauces clump up?

I bought an excellent sauce made of vinegar is little space for barbecue in North Carolina (Allen & Son) and when I got home, there were things floating in (type of sediment divided up. Some when things will shake, but these groups do not. It can salsa? Is this normal? I bought it, I do not know why it would be nothing wrong with that.

Xbox, even though I barely use these products for my BBQ’s, there is no problem with the one you got, try with the back of a fork to crush whatever it is. I find these sauces/marinades contain too much sugar, or ingredients that over power the flavor of the meat.

It maybe an ingredient in the sauce. Call the place you bought it and ask them what the floaters may be.

Could just be onions, or peppers etc…
