I had the grill for about 3 years, if not dangerous, I raised, at least quality wise. However, the burner (once replaced) use to try to start it. I learned to open the lid, turn on the burners, leave it open and take a step back. In about 10-15 seconds, the whole area explodes in a huge fireball. . . I finally decided it was not worth risking my life for a piece of grilled chicken and now I’m looking for another BBQ. In addition, another drawback of this device is that although you can control the heat, which is a burner. . . So no matter where cooking on the grill, temperature is the same everywhere. There are also several cold spots. In fact, there was really only one place on the grid is cooked. The rest of the food could get the fire, but never saw bbq’d. I would not recommend to anyone, except that it is fair to go to the beach or something for casual use. Customer service is also very poor. . . Rating: 2 / 5

I bought this as a Christmas gift was delivered to my daughter. The grill arrived damaged foot. We were told to return immediately and send a new grid as soon as we could provide a tracking number. My daughter comes to the gate is called with the tracking number and was told he could not send a replacement because there was a problem with the media. She waited for three weeks, re-order this grill and again, the grid comes with a media damage. This time, she said they would send a carrier to replace the damaged — see. Rating: 1 / 5

http://buy-electronics. etronics. com / Electronics / Weber 20Q% 20% 320% 20Grillparrilla sold today (January 15, 2009) for $ 316, including ebillme envío.utilizando and option money I paid less than $ 300! can not find anywhere else, not even eBay! Check it out, I found a better deal than buying Weber Q 220 and other cards and connection (all added about $ 280 all said and done) – Furthermore, since this configuration gives two burners and plate options Q220 tieneEsperamos that this helped and happy grilling Rating: 5 / 5

I ordered the Weber Q320, because of the reputation of Weber in the Amazon market. I wish there was a rating of 0 stars. What you are about to read is not the fault of Amazon.Q320 arrived missing parts (screws and shaft of the car) and the top of the grid was damaged. I called Weber and asked them to send replacements. They agreed and said he would be in two separate shipments, the first former Fed Fed Ex arrived today. . . bad parts. . . screws were incorrect and, instead of a tree, I received a tube for the Weber Q300. . . . Exactly. . . parties are not even my grill. When I called back, they said. . . “They show us their top of the grid was delivered today.” Well, I look… And a burner tube is not a summit of parrilla.Habló two rehearsals and a guy I said he doubted that the lid is coming, so I would send otro.Y it goes along with Weber. I need a grid and I am waiting on two more FedEx. I seriously doubt that I’ll never get the right parts. I called Amazon and they said they will schedule a FedEx pick up when I finish my nightmare of Weber and send it again… Sounds like a good idea. Amazon has customer service, hace.En Weber did not fail, despite Weber’s reputation… have no quality control. Customer service is just terrible. What a waste of time … and never any other offers to do the right thing or another type of offer. Rating: 1 / 5

Firstly, the grid came with a broken leg, probably in transit. The legs are maybe 4 inches of plastic and broken at the base. Because of the assembly sequence and a small workspace, which was most of the way done when I realized that, and I did not want to dismantle and return, so I used a little glue and the system should include multa.Todo other on the grid is as advertised, cooktops are very nice and I do a great job of cooking. The car looks and feels cheap, like plastic folding tables laterales.Creo that the Q220 is a great idea for portability, but I think the Q320 is a portable grill that is too large to transport, so unless you need the extra inches of space on the grill, I recommend going for the Q220.Valoración: 3 / 5
