Is boiling red meat healthier than broiling it?

I eat healthy for what ever eat (meat, chicken, turkey breast, etc.) they electirc roast on a rack. But my uncle told me that the carbon black in the flesh was not really safe to eat is this true? said that the surest way that the meat is boiled in water, but it is so important? My electric grill is the only thing that I used for red meat and white truth.

broiling is the healthiest way to eat meat.
the fat renders off, rather than sits in the water that the meat boiled in.
i won’t even go into how horrible boiled meat tastes, unless we are talking about chuck for stew, and even then, it isn’t boiled, it is braised.

  2. William Dural Jones from Texas Says:

Only the brits and irish boil their meat so that it has no flavor like that.

  3. Prof L Says:

He is right, the burnt or flavoury bits are apparently carcinogens. I’m personally not worrying about it.

  4. Cabbie Luvr Says:

Only poor people who buy cheap end cuts of meat BOIL it — they have to boil it so it gets soft enough to actually chew and loses that shoe leather consistency. Would anyone in their right mind boil a T-Bone or a Tri-Tip? I think not.
