I want to cook something meaty but yummy, any help anyone?
I’ve been seeing a lot of shows on the food chain recently, and things that look like food science and human nutrition in front of and countless other things espectáculos.Amo eat in these shows and resuturants single visit! sounds gross but try it.
Peice of ham, put cream cheese on it
salt
pepper
and roll around the pickle (sandwich sliced)(the long skinny ones cut into 1/4ths)
trust me. Im a culinary student and Ive had peach mango pheasant and saffron rice and all that frilly crap.
try those things. mad good.

You have a lot of condiments, lol.
Hmm, the spicy sausage sounds yummy, I would grill that up and eat it with mustard on the bread. And definitely a pickle. Grilled onions would be good on that too, if you have any.
It’s not the most creative, but it sounds yummy to me, ha.
Edit: and those ham-cream cheese-pickle things above this are fantastic too, I forgot about those.

OMG! And I thought I was the condiment Queen! Ever had crab cakes? Make deer cakes instead.
Saute’ onions, celery, green pepper and garlic in either oil or butter. Pout into a bowl. Cook the deer sausage and grind it up (like burger) and throw that into the bowl, too. Stir and stick in the cooler for a time. Cook your bread, either under the broiler or on low heat to make “croutons”. Make fine bread crumbs out of them and add oregano and garlic. *roasted is perfect*. Add some horse radish, worchestershire and a dash of soy. Mix that with the mixture in the bowl and add the bread crumbs, but not too many. You want to be able to make patties out of them. (or you can make balls for a large crowd). This will last for maybe two days at most before you cook them. Either in a deep fryer or a large skillet, cook them until nicely browned on all sides (balls) or both sides (patties).
You can substitute crab, salmon or any other meats to make something like this. I wouldn’t use bologna tho. ick.
I live in Texas and love the coast for it’s seafood. I make hundreds of fish balls every year and freeze them for later eating.
You can also make a “meat loaf” with any and all the ingredients listed here.
TIP-save your left over bread ends for a cold rainy day and make your own bread crumbs.
If you do the deer cakes, serve with potatoes (fried or not) and a few dipping sauces. Stuffed mushrooms would also go good with them.
Sorry, I was making bread. I’ve tried Karin’s thing. I usually use Buddig meats with cream cheese, but you could use turkey or any sliced meats with cream cheese. I’ve also been known to add pickles or horseradish. Then you roll them up and slice them into 4 pieces. More of a hors’ dourve than a meal.
