No, they cook quite quickly anyway.

What you want grilled the ribs, not bbq ribs…

I’d recommend grilling without the sauce and applying the sauce at the last 10 minutes.
If you’re going to use the oven… bake at 375 for 45 minutes… afterwards, slather on the sauce and bake 15 more minutes.

Baked ribs should cook in about 60 to 70 minutes… which is the quickest way to go.
Grilled ribs take about the same amount of time depends upon the grill.

If you really want to hurry, par-boil the ribs for about 10 minutes. Personally, I don’t like par-boiling, but you’re in a hurry and you’re going to be hitting up the ribs with bbq sauce.

Parboiling, cuts about 20 minutes off the grilling time/baking time.

you can marinate the ribs over night then boil them 4 about 45 min. before bbq ing them add the sauce just about 10 min before taking them off the grill

i take a pan line it with alluminum foil add a little water a cup full baste barbeque sauce on ribs cook for an hour cover alluminum foil on top at 375 to 400 degrees after an hour drain greaseuncoveradd more sauce then brown a bit 5 more min do both sides then serve

Slow roasting in a barbecue is best.

But if you want to speed it up put them in a large pot of water. Turn on high until water boils. Turn off heat, cover and let stand for 20-30 minutes on the stove. finish them on the grill. Just before they are done, slather on the sauce.
