UNACH buy-Broil Patio Grill and the first time you used the food stuck to the grill and grill porclean melted and stuck to the food and almost half of the grid to serve our customers in our horrow. After two calls to Char Broil agreed delivery of cargo to send another grid porclean to replace the original grid. The grid should not be used by anyone !!!!!Rating: 1 / 5

We live in a condo and only allows the use of electric grills. This was the only model available in our local Home Depot. First, we bought we loved. Well done and lasted about 3 years before the heat resistance is not full. The following also worked well, but lasted only 2 years. This one we buy is not even 1 year and does not heat the whole way. It can not be hot enough to burn food and it takes forever to cook. We contacted Char-Broil and they informed us that the 90-day warranty has expired and there was nothing they could do for us. We will not buy this unit again.Rating: 1 / 5

This product is terrible. Save your money. I had to replace the heating element after the first 6 months of use twice a week for a total of $ 38. 94. Within 3 months another broken item. Then I realized I could not afford this product very defective. I complained to a service representative at Char-Broil, which was nice, but a fool.Rating: 1 / 5

To answer some of the criticisms of this scale, let me share some personal experiences with you. . . . I bought one of these in 2000 and continue to use three to four times a semana. No Char-Broil a complete range of accessories (such as file folders, etc.), if used in a sheet aluminum Reynolds or non-HD Stick aluminum baking, you do not have to concern your self with the replacement lava stones are rarely cleaned and the upper part of China. Clean with soap and water (up from the inside and inside) that can be done easily with a garden hose and a little effort. I clean my unit about 4 times per year and perhaps replace the stone once a year and in the coating of perhaps four years. For your information, I cooked for years with success ( with aluminum foil) fish, meat, chicken and other meats, range is limited only by your imagination. It becomes hot enough to cook almost anything you want to grill. I have not tried a whole chicken like a turkey, but you can do. My unit, now with hundreds of hours of recording on it, continues to function well, and my unit is almost brand new! I stopped cooking the traditional way of publishing the work of die cleaning the tub and the top of the parrilla.Ahora I was merely pre-heating has been good, and cook away! I recommend buying this high quality and taking into account the reuse of the easiest way, I esbozado.NO, I do not work for Char-Broil. I'm just a happy owner and user of the grid. I am a chef and grill seriously consider this as a serious disease, but small grill, outdoor electric. And as product quality, it is easy to assemble. Bon appetite.Rating: 4 / 5
