Boil chicken boneless, skinless, and has done with some sweet baby rays BBQ sauce, BBQ, and I’m sure I put a little honey in it, but I’m not sure. I’m not a big fan of sweet baby rays, to add a little BBQ sauce on my part Sauers. So what’s this? Read the nutrition information Sauers 3grams barbecue and sugar in it and there are only 20 calories per serving and vitamins that were in it, so that the Sauer looks very healthy for me. .

BBQ sauce has a lot of sugar in it so it is not that healthy for you.

i think you will be alright. you can give in every once in a while just don’t over do it. it can’t be that bad but if you are worried about it just eat a small portion.

I would have said no so bad if you had scraped off most of the sauce. But you put more on so you will have to factor in the sugar/carbs from the sauce. However, it was good that she made skinless chicken, especially if it was white meat like breast. The dark meat has more fat.

The biggest delusion when dieting is to count calories around nutritious food but not pay attention to junk food. Chicken is a lean meat and a little sauce isn’t going to add much. Eat less food, period. Especially eat less “empty food” – food that has no nutritional value – snacks. Burn more calories – exercise.

what you have to look for is hidden sugar, everything we eat has hidden sugar to make it taste good, it is converted to fat cells by our pancreas organ, avoid excess table sugar and table salt.
the boiled skinless chicken is excellent, some moderate baby rays shouldn’t hurt. honey is an excellent form of sweetener.and slow burning carb.
one more thing the human body cant tell what kind of sugar its getting whether its from fructose(fruits) sucrose(table) of from vegetables.
to our body’s sugar is sugar .
and any excess will be converted to fat and stored for later use.
