Can you get where to sell newspapers in size (20 lbs) What? I just bought a portable gas barbecue, and take the smaller boat, I never knew there were different sizes!

Try Walmart in the camping area.

Wal Mart and Target carry them. Look where the camping stuff is.

You are probably talking about the small disposable ones that you get in any Hardware, or store that sells camping equipment, like Wal-Mart. Those cannisters are not refillable, & they don’t last very long. They usually don’t sell them where you get your 20lb tank filled. I prefer to use a 5lb refillable tank for my portable gas grill. It lasts a reasonable amount of time between fills & it fits more easily in my car for when I take it on outings. Plus there are no little cannisters to throw away.

Good old Walmart.

WalMart, K-Mart, Sam’s Club, Costco, Hardware stores, stores that sell camping equipment. We really like the 1 lb canisters. One is more than enough to do hot dogs or hamburgers for a picnic. Throw away when done and you don’t have to pack back up and unload when home. (You may want to price them at different places – we have found several different prices as we have looked around).

If you want the portability of the 1 lb. buy them at Wal-Mart, Academy or sporting goods store. BUT you are basically paying for the CAN.
If you want the most economical solution, there is an adapter hose that you can buy at camping & sporting goods stores (& some propane companies or RV centers) that allow you to hook the portable grill up to your 20 lb. cylinder.
Mr. Heater part # F273701 or Paulin or Marshall Brass makes one also.
