I never used to like BBQ sauce until I met my fiancee who is from Cincinnati in which he introduced me to the local favorite of Montgomery Inn Sauce…its delicious and a bit of a sweet flavor…Its the only BBQ sauce I’ll eat.

I love Sweet Baby Ray’s sauce-it’s my first choice. KC Masterpiece is also a good choice, as is Bulls Eye.

In our BBQ competitions, we slow smoke our chicken and then glaze during the last hour with a simple homemade glaze consisting of equal parts honey, ketchup, and Ken’s raspberry vinagrette salad dressing.
