    bread them.

take bread crumbs, add in salt, pepper and some italian seasonings. stir this all in a bowl

then take an egg, and crack it a separate bowl. stir it slightly, but don’t scramble it.

take each pork chop one at a time, dip it in the egg, then dip it in the crumb mixture covering all sides. do this for each pork chop.

bake in the oven 350 degrees for 45 minutes

I’m one for the easiest in clean up, if you have a covered baking pan (roaster etc) if not a deep baking pan with foil lined and extra to seal your meat in.

Rinse your meat, salt and pepper on both sides lay in your baking pan
If you want potato’s you can peel them cut in quarters and lay them in on top or beside your meat. Some times I put carrots, potato’s & green beans all in the same with my pork chops the meat season’s the vegetables, and the vegetables have some water so they help to keep the meat moist along with the foil or lid.

Bake on about 325 degrees till done about 40 minutes, depending how thick your meat is. I prefer pork steak as they have some fat and it seems to be more tender when cooked.

Rub them with fresh lemon juice, spinkle with oregano and sea salt and drizzle with olive oil then bake on moderate heat for 20 minutes. Yum! That’s pork chops greek style.

    Hello,
I have been baking pork chops and chicken the same way since I was 15 and my mom taught me. So, season pork chops with garlic powder, salt and pepper. Put in a baking dish and sprinkle about 3 tablespoons of flour all over the meat. Then add 1 cup of water or 1/2 water and 1/2 chicken stock. Cover with foil and bake at 350F for about 45 minutes. Remove foil and turn meat over and stir gravey around. Cook another 10 minutes with out the foil and they should be done. You can use this same recipe for baking chicken. If you are not a gravey fan, don’t add as much water and omit the flour.

  9. Cindy Lou Says:

Beat them with a meat mallet to tenderize and put aside. In a large ziploc bag, crush up some corn flakes and mix with a little bit of flour and season with salt, pepper, season all and garlic powder. You can dip your chops in some beaten egg and then put the chops in the bag and shake until well coated. Now spray a large baking pan with Pam cooking spray and bake @ 350 in the oven. After baking 30 minutes on one side, turn them over and bake another 30 minutes. They should be cooked through, if not, bake a little longer.

Grilling would remove more fat than oven cooking.
