This is the best. Their own steak sauce is not only great on steak, but also served on slabs of red ripe tomatoes. You can’t do without this. They only began selling their sauce after customers begged. We love this sauce on hamburgers. We love it on chicken.
The taste is somewhere between cocktail sauce – it’s spicy with horseradish and traditional steak sauce – being a rich brown color. The sauce is fat-free. It tastes so good you won’t mind.”
I use this in meatloaf and sheppards pie.

I’m in no way a BBQ Sauce aficionado but I believe KC Masterpiece does the job correctly.

i really don’t have a fav, so that’s y i add to it! i start with kraft, sweet baby rays or bullseye. (i never have open pit)….sometimes i have use more than 1 kind if i have it around…i add the juice of an orange, honey and/or brown sugar, and a hint of beer (something i learned from my great aunt). i do all things to taste so it’s not like i can tell u amounts.

My homemade BBQ rocks, but in a pinch it’s gotta be Sweet Baby Ray’s;
1 1/4 c. plain label BBQ sauce
1/4 c ketchup
1 t garlic salt
1/2 t garlic powder
2 T worcestershire sauce
1 t black pepper
1/2 c brown sugar
1 T hot sauce

i like Kraft…. but i do make my own sometimes- i cook by “dump method” most of the time so i go by taste so i don’t usually have specific recipies
basically– ketchup, mustard, hot sauce, salt, pepper, garlic,minced onions, and if i want spicy i’ll add crushed red peppers, chili powder etc…

I grew up on my mom’s homemade sauce and whenevr i eat the stuff from a bottle its never as good. I would definitely say to make your own. i dont know exactly how she makes it but she cooks it with ketchup, onions, worstecire sauce, brown sugar and lemons. it tastes delicious
