    I love these bags. Make the best ribs ever. I put the ribs in the bag with dry friction, according to instructions. After about 1 hour, remove from oven and let stand for 30 min. Then I cut the bag down from the top, add a barbecue sauce for grilling or brown tights. Moist, delicious — all the raves that the meat falls from bones. The whole process takes less than 2 hours.     For those who rated this low to get by only 1 bag. . . Read what you order. Very unfair for one type of product 1 star due to its own error.Las bags are great! So far I’ve tested the alder which gives it a lighter flavor than mesquite well .* Read the instructions inside the card * I bought a 4 pack of rainbow trout [. . . ] Kosher salt and rub the belly of the fish one or two hours before cooking. Oven preheated to 475F, pour 1 zucchini cubes and 4 large fish in the bag folded closed and placed on a lower shelf. The decrease in temperature to 375 ° F after 15 minutes and continued for another 25-30 min (3 pounds of fish) = perfection! My kids were mad to eat “fish belly” and could not have been easier and easier to cook limpiar.Un very slight smoke stayed in the kitchen, but nothing I have even opened the windows.     I lived in apartments with no outdoor space for years – but he can still get smoked by the use of these bags. It is true that the entire house smells of wood smoke, but not as bad (you can always undercook a little, Take the meat and finish the bag if you want a strong smell of stay).     I use the smoker bags for several years. the first time that I bought used from my local Cub Foods grocery store. But i now that for them online because I can get this year. I used the grid, but mostly inside in the oven. I use mainly for smoking ribs and turkey legs. They always come out perfect. Everyone greets me in the taste and tenderness of the meat. Usually the finish on the grill with barbecue sauce to taste perfct. I gave these friends of the family in the second goal and they now use. It would be really surprised if anybody tried them and do not like them. Rating: 5 / 5
