    1. Unit was incomplete – Missing half rack supports _sealed_ parties _sealed_ bag inside the carton manufacturer. There were nine sets of extra screws and nuts, however, likely to make the bag to pass a number peso.800 Parts is open only during business hours Monday through Friday, and no way to order parts missing Brinkmann on the site. Overall impression is of poor quality, QC, and not try to compensate, which can get parts faltan.2. Without temperature control and temperature so that smoking is not regulated by a true barbecue (it takes 210-230F, was somewhere north of 300F) .3. If this unit had a thermostat or other means of temperature control intrinsic, what could happen. As it is, I’ll essentially have to rethink to be minimally útil.4. Otoh it was cheap ($ 59. 95US at Lowe’s), even after increased with additional material (a thermostat oven) is probably still cheaper than smoking “real.” If this unit had the temperature control authorities and all parties would be a boon 4-5 stars. As it stands, is bad enough. Rating: 2 / 5

Despite this before a similar Elcetric Brinkman smoker with a dial temperature control and thermometer, this new smoking seems to have been designed and built by people who have virtually no idea of the craft the word. In addition to having a missing part of the sealed plastic bag, I had to fold the three handles to align the pre-drilled screw holes. I had a clip of V jerryrig missing – support for water in the pan. For all that, it took more than two hours to assemble. Clumsiness, Gage not temporary, and uncontrolled heat make an effort to give even the smoking of two stars. Rating: 2 / 5
