Anyone’s propane grill gas tank valve get stuck so it cant turn? Its happened 2x on 2 different tanks? Why?

I used the first tank once, and after the valve is blocked when I return. I get a new tank, used once and then same thing happens. I mean, you can not move, and from a propane tank, it’s not like I hit with a hammer. Never anyone to this problem ?????

Don’t torque the valve so hard. Just seat it firmly.
