Steven Daniel Kilby, 25, Big Lake, arrested in Monticello Sunday, Nov. 15, on the charge of first-degree assault. Joel Owen Clarke, 28, Buffalo, arrested in Buffalo Monday, Nov. 16, on a Wright County warrant for contempt of court.
