How To Have The Perfect Barbecue
I am never happier than when I am invited to a barbecue at a friend, not only because the kitchen is my favorite, but also because it is a great opportunity to have a teaser and a chin glass of “pop” in May with people who can only see once or twice a year.
I am very happy to be part of a great group of guys, a group of my college years and another set of college and everyone is very well together. We all live in different parts of the country, making it difficult to maintain contact and a barbecue was sure helps. Keep all the children outside, so it saves in the clarification!
Friends for over twenty years, every summer, barbecue parties and still can not cook a decent grill. I am delighted to attend, but I turn my eyes suddenly dilate with horror to see the wings on fire dowsed and worst of all, one of my friends that I’ll eat!
Probably not surprising, as I climb the claws to fight with him and get all the fires away from the grill for about 15 minutes and everything is set.
The flames appear because coal is not ready, begin to sink grease up and go! The flames, more fat and more fat, more flames. Food black outside, raw on the inside. Have you been? Well here is my recommendation that you never have to go back.
If a charcoal or gas grill is all about patience and preparation of the coals. In a gas grill, heat, flame to wash the bricks and the bricks radiate heat to cook food for simple tips for gas: –
1. Give him time and hit full gas for coal in the temperature.
2. When the charcoal is hot and you’re ready to cook, turn the gas down just to maintain the temperature of the coals and keep them well away from food.
Despite telling me to be patient, the gas is still remarkably quick and convenient way to enjoy a barbecue, but it should never be immediate. Anyway, why rush?
Charcoal Grills for BBQ there is some skill in preparing the fire: –
1. They accumulate charcoal to get it all at the same rate
2. Coals are ready when you are white (not black)
3. Before baking, spread the coals and do not worry, they still emit heat.
4. Start with food support to maximum height and gradually reduced.
5. If you’re cooking in a pot, remember to reduce the opening of the proposed fund.
Not only do you need patience to get the perfect barbecue, but also takes time and experience – some of my friends are obviously not under control after 20 years! So please do not give it really worth when you get it right.
One last suggestion, while you’re training – the food in a grill basket. If you have a few flames that can raise large amounts of food at the same area without too many problems.
So now you have the recipe for success smokers enjoy your barbecue grill this summer!
